DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
Two diagnostic services are currently in development. One is now open to a small founding cohort.
Shortlisting Failure Audit
A pre-application tool to help you assess whether your experience is signalling the correct band level before you submit applications. Currently in development and will open after the audit cohort is complete.
If you have submitted a public health application and not been shortlisted, this service examines why.
The audit is a structured written review of your actual submitted application. It identifies how clearly your evidence communicates responsibility, leadership, autonomy and impact at the band level you were targeting. It determines the primary reason your application may have scored below the shortlisting threshold.
You receive a structured diagnostic report with a clear verdict and specific direction for your next application.
A founding cohort of ten places is now open at £35.
I am an epidemiologist. My field is built on evidence and structured methodology. This cohort is how i test this service properly before it goes to full launch.
You get a full structured review of your rejected application. I get the data I need to validate the methodology.
The cohort is for you if:
You are working in or actively applying to UK public health roles
You have a real rejected application to submit
You applied for Band 5, 6 or 7 equivalent role
You can submit the job description, person specification and application
You can complete a short feedback form within seven days of receiving your report
Register your interest below. I will confirm eligibility and next steps by email. Places are limited to ten.
