It identifies how clearly your evidence communicated responsibility, leadership,autonomy and impact at the band level you were targeting – and determines the primary reason your application may have scored below the shortlisting threshold.
You receive a structured diagnostic report with a clear verdict and specific direction for your next application.

Your rejected application, the job description, and the person specification.
What you receive:
A structured written report identifying where your application signals fell short of the band-level expectation, the single primary reason it likely did not score, and specific guidance on how to approach your next application differently.

As an epidemiologist, my field is built on evidence and structured methodology. This cohort is how I test this service properly before it goes to full launch.

This is for you if:
You are working in or actively applying to UK public health roles, you have a real rejected application ready to submit, you applied for a Band 5, 6 or 7 equivalent role, you can submit the job description, person specification and your application, and you can complete a short feedback form within seven days of receiving your report.
